I have been a long time member of Tosha's Living Outrageous Openness Forum and consider her weekly forum calls to be another profoundly healing tool in my tool box. She's all about offering over, asking for the highest outcome and following the bread crumb trail and nudges as they arrive. It is not a passive practice, yet one that asks us to remain open and to be shown which action to take when there is one to be taken. Sometimes when nothing comes in right away, it may be because there is no immediate action to take yet; so I've been learning how to pause and to wait. I have found this way of living to feel and to be incredibly freeing as I cannot always know what is best for my loved ones or for me. It takes the ego shopping's list out of it and asks only for what is in the highest evolution for ourselves and one another.
Absorb this offering from her with love and light on this reflective Sunday. Hand in hand, Heart to heart we go remaining mindful that we are not alone and have soft and safe spaces to lean into when in need. Tosha offers just that and you might want to become curious and read about her if she is not already in your sphere? She chuckles that she's not everyone's cup of tea and she may not resonate for you, yet if she does, I believe you might become a lifer as I have.
I just cancelled my membership this week due to finances, but I'll be back. I love her work and am so grateful for what she offers!
